XF Services Inc is an independent authorized dealer, not a telecommunications carrier. We do not own or operate network infrastructure. Final service provisioning, billing (in some cases), and technical support may be handled by our partner carrier. We act as a sales and customer acquisition agent.
All plans are subject to availability, credit approval, and carrier terms. Same‑day activation is not guaranteed in all areas. We will provide an estimated timeline when you place an order.
Prices shown on this website are estimates and may change. Taxes and equipment fees may apply. For some plans, billing is handled directly by the carrier. For dealer‑exclusive offers, we may collect the first month’s payment – in that case, you will receive a receipt from XF Services Inc.
If we fail to activate your service within 30 days of payment, you may request a full refund by emailing support@xfservicesinc.com. Refunds for carrier‑billed services must be requested through the carrier. Equipment returns follow the carrier’s policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XF Services Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service outages, delays, or the actions of our partner carrier. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the prior 6 months.
You may not use our website or services for any illegal activity, harassment, or unauthorized resale.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
